Hotel Chef de Partie Vacancy in Harrogate

THE HOTEL - A busy conference hotel in central Harrogate, the produce is fresh, the brigade is large and the opportunities are excellent

THE ROLE - Working a section of the kitchen, you will be expected to hold your own during a busy service. You'll be responsible for prepping your section and sticking to food hygiene regulations. You'll also be expected to contribute to new menu ideas as well as bringing on more junior memebers of the team

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Responsible and respectful, this position is only for the ambitious and professional chef. You might be a Demi CDP in a volume kitchen or an established CDP in a smaller establishment.

THE SALARY - £16,000 gross per annum, chef's whites included, 28 days holiday per year and an equal share of tips
