THE HOTEL - A busy, branded hotel in York city centre with a large volume of bedrooms and a strong conference business THE ROLE - This role is totally operational and will be an excellent next step for an experienced and ambitious hotel professional. Overseeing the day to day operation of the hotel, involvement will be required on Reception, in F&B and conferencing. As a Duty Manager you will spend most of your time on the floor, handling guest enquiries and supporting Heads of Department. This is an excellent development role with loads of opportunities for progression within this expanding hotel group. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Previous supervisory experience is essential but management exeperience is not. An efficient and effective work ethos and a passion for customer care are absolute requirements.
