Recro Recruitment takes a different approach to recruitment. Our aim is to bring you together with the candidates who best suit your operation. We wont pester you for your vacancies, we won't land on your doorstep for a showround and we won't cost you the earth!

What you Pay

  • 5% of the starting annual salary if it is less than £20k
  • 7% of the starting annual salary if it is £20k or more

NOTE: This is not a special offer or an introductory charge. This is our standard commission charge

How We Operate

Using our network, we collect the details and CV’s of some of the best hospitality industry professionals. We don’t specialise in chefs, receptionists or managers – we look after all of them. We don’t specialise in Michelin stars, gastro pubs or chain pubs – we look after all of them. We’ll match our candidates with your operation.

What we need from You

Your current vacancies – just a job title and salary details if this is all you have time to provide. We know in reality that job descriptions and person specifications change each time a vacancy comes up – so we’ll gather interests from our candidates and then come back to you for more details. We will build a job description for you and advertise your roles, confidentially if you’d prefer.

How we Communicate

If you’d like to deal with all your recruitment needs in one telephone conversation, no problem. We’ll call you to gather all the information we need. Or, if your preference is e-mail, we’ll respond quickly and efficiently to your needs. We’ll plan working trials and interviews for our candidates, we’ll brief them on your business and the role. We’ll check their references and qualifications so you can be sure that what you see on their CV is accurate.
